Charlotte speaks to Caroline Furnis about food and cardiovascular disease. She talked about phytochemicals in vegetables, how to eat a healthier diet and also brought in an experiment to demonstrate how to find out how much vitamin C was contained in fruit. Caroline works for the Institute of Food Research here in Norwhich.
