Hugh Aldersey-Williams gave a lecture on the 17th century scientist, philosopher and man of the arts Thomas Browne. He is well known for having investigated and tested out urban myths of his time. In this interview, Hugh discusses Thomas browne and brings in some edible experiments to demonstrate some of browne's work while charlotte suggests some 21st century equivalents.
